Conditions of Play

Competition is Stroke Play over 36 holes.

Tee-off times start from 7:30am on Saturday. Seeded draw, multi-tee start from 9:30am on Sunday.

Format - Overall Gross and Runner Up, 3 Divisions - Gross, Nett and Stableford. A player may only receive one prize for Gross, Nett or Stableford. Daily novelty prizes.

Entry Fee:   $100 per player. Entry accepted on receipt of payment. No payment = No entry. Payment can be made at the club or by direct deposit online using your Golf ID and '10,000' as reference.

Field is restricted to first 120 prepaid entries.

Draw will be posted on the club website on Monday 20th October 2025.

Handicaps - all players must hold an official handicap index prior to commencement of the first round. Maximum course handicap allowed is 36.

Ties - Gross Winner will be decided by sudden death playoff. All other ties will be decided by countback.

Rules - the R&A Rules of Golf 2024, plus any Local Rules in force at the time of play will be observed.

Sponsors - we ask that you support the tournament sponsors.

Refunds - there will be no refund of entry fees for cancellations received after Friday 17th October 2025. Refunds will only be made for entry money received after the field is filled.
