Spectacular is the best adjective to describe not only the course, but the awesome scenery and the club members. As visitors for three months from Canada we were welcomed back and greeted with the usual Kiwi warmth and friendliness. Very special and unique !

Great staff and service this is how a golf course should be with such a welcome for green fee players

Highly recommended. If Carlsberg did Golf Courses this would be it. Great course, great people. Can't wait to get back again to win a few more beers!!
Golf doesn't get better than this. They love it and I love it.

I tipped up at Ohope in hope of a few holes Sunday afternoon. Immediately greeted with very helpful and friendly manager. Within minutes I was teeing off on what I think is the best of the eight courses I've played in NZ. The scenery is breath taking,
A Warm Welcome.

I'm from England, staying with my son in NZ in February. A friend wondered if we could have coffee at the Golf Club, so we drove up and were warmly welcomed. We so much enjoyed our coffee under the sunshade, looking at the fabulous scenery, that we stayed and had a sandwich and a drink for lunch. The next week we returned with our husbands and had a delicious curry and rice. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. The charming gentleman in charge offered us the use of two golf buggies and we had a great time driving around the whole course. We are all non-golfers, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Ohope International Golf Course.
